S. K. Whiting Park

The S. K. Whiting Park was built at the busy corner of Main Street and Oak Street to enhance the connection between the Downtown and High Street commercial areas. The centerpiece of the park is a pedestal clock with engraved plaques at its base naming those who contributed to its purchase. Brick walkways wind through the park featuring bricks with engravings that also contributed funds for park construction.
